What a wonderful colourful post Kath, that story about the man and the blinds is so relatable. I worked in a fruit shop and spent what seemed like hours explaining the difference between a granny smith apple and a green golden delicious. Only for her to say I don't fancy apples I will have an orange lol. Kath I absolutely loved your post 💜 I think as we get older we see things and ourselves differently don't we. I love trees they can teach us so much definitely

Farting in yoga, my first and only lesson was curious, the ladies kept running to the bathroom and returning very quickly, couldn’t possibly had relieved themselves. The answer was they popped in for a fart!
